DuckDuckGo Adds Option to Hide AI-Generated Images in Search
DuckDuckGo, known for its privacy-first approach, has introduced a new feature that allows users to filter out AI-generated images from search results. This update comes after users expressed concerns that artificial images often clutter results and make it harder to find real content.

The option is available under the Images tab when performing a search. A new “AI images” filter lets users choose to either display or hide AI-created visuals. This gives users more control over the type of content they see, keeping the search experience clean and focused.
Users can also turn on the filter in their search settings by tapping the “Hide AI-Generated Images” option.
