Andre Russell Announces Retirement After AUS T20 Series

Famous West Indies cricket player Andre Russell has shared that he will retire from international cricket soon. He plans to play his last matches in the upcoming T20 series against Australia, and then say goodbye to the game at his home ground in Jamaica.

Andre Russell is 37 years old and has played only T20 matches for the West Indies since 2019. He has taken part in 84 international T20 games so far.

His retirement news came out months before the 2026 T20 World Cup, which will happen in India and Sri Lanka.
