SCO’s Great Step Freelancing Hub for Disabled People in Azad Kashmir
SCO (Special Communications Organization) has started a freelancing hub for disabled people.
This hub opened in January 2025 in Azad Kashmir.
What Happens at This Hub?
In this hub, disabled boys and girls can learn computer skills for free.
They also learn freelancing, which means working online from home and earning money.
Brave Girl Maryam’s Success
Maryam Abdullah, a disabled girl from Muzaffarabad, has become a great example.
- She did not give up, even though she was born with short height and bent fingers.
- She joined the freelancing hub and learned basic computer skills.
- Now, she is learning Artificial Intelligence (AI) too!
Maryam’s Words
Maryam said:
“Disabled children were always ignored, but now SCO has given us a way forward.”
Why Is This Hub Important?
- Disabled youth can learn and earn from home.
- They will feel strong and confident.
- They won’t need to depend on anyone.

معذور افراد کے لیے خوشخبری
ایس سی او (Special Communications Organization) نے ایک نیا اور خاص ہب بنایا ہے، جو صرف معذور نوجوانوں کے لیے ہے۔ یہ ہب آزاد کشمیر میں جنوری 2025 میں بنایا گیا۔
کیا ہوتا ہے اس ہب میں؟
یہاں معذور نوجوانوں کو مفت میں کمپیوٹر سیکھنے اور فری لانسنگ کی تربیت دی جاتی ہے۔
فری لانسنگ کا مطلب ہے گھر بیٹھے آن لائن کام کرنا اور پیسے کمانا۔
ہمت والی لڑکی مریم کی کامیابی
مریم عبداللہ مظفرآباد سے تعلق رکھتی ہیں۔ وہ پیدائشی معذور ہیں، لیکن انہوں نے ہار نہیں مانی۔
انہوں نے اسی ہب سے کمپیوٹر سیکھا۔
اب وہ مصنوعی ذہانت جیسے جدید کورس بھی سیکھ رہی ہیں۔
مریم کی بات دل کو چھو گئی
:مریم کہتی ہیں
“ہم معذور بچوں کو ہمیشہ نظرانداز کیا گیا۔ لیکن اب ایس سی او نے ہمیں آگے بڑھنے کا راستہ دیا ہے۔”
یہ قدم کیوں اہم ہے؟
معذور نوجوان اب سیکھ کر خود کما سکتے ہیں۔
وہ کسی پر بوجھ نہیں رہیں گے۔
ان کے اندر خوداعتمادی آئے گی۔
